AAT involves three simple steps: Awareness of distress/trauma. Acceptance of distress/trauma in the body. Transformation of distress/trauma through mindful relaxation. AAT is a wholistic model of intervention. It uses basic concepts of conventional psychology, energy psychology, the notion of consciousness and spiritual aspects of the human life. AAT evolved out of my clinical practice as a need to conduct healing of the body mind and spirit in the most natural, uncomplicated way possible. AAT is a method that is rapid, induces profound healing, does not involve the use of unusual formulas or strategies to remember, and can be executed anywhere, any time, in complete privacy and discretion. After systematic testing, I became amazed with its effectiveness and the positive feedback I was receiving from my patients. They found it easy to use consistently and required little guidance from myself.
